The 3-game set in Tennessee between the Oglethorpe baseball team and Sewanee has been shifted around due to potential stormy weather over the weekend. The single game between the two teams, originally scheduled for 1 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, will now be moved to 4 p.m. on Friday. The two teams will try to play Saturday's doubleheader as scheduled, but if the rain postpones one or both of the games, they will be made up on Sunday at a time to be determined.
The Stormy Petrels enter the series with a 9-10 overall record and a 1-5 SAA mark on the season. They've won consecutive games, and three out of their last four, after taking two of three from MIT last weekend and defeating Covenant in a midweek battle on Tuesday. Sewanee enters with a 12-10 overall record, and sits at 4-1 in SAA play for the season. They're coming off a doubleheader split with Calvin at a neutral site in Kodak, Tennessee.
