Men's Golf Moves to Second Place in NCAA Head-to-Head Standings, Maccaglia Third in Individual

The Oglethorpe men's golf team finds itself in second place nationally in the latest Golfstat NCAA Division III head-to-head rankings. Additionally, Oglethorpe sophomore Anthony Maccaglia is ranked third nationally on the individual list.

The Petrels are second in the overall ranking to only Nebraska Wesleyan, and are ahead of Methodist, Gustavus Adolphus and St. John's, rounding out the top five.

Maccaglia comes in as the highest ranking Petrel on the individual list at third place, with an average score of 70.8. Junior Hayden Jones comes in at 17th in the national rankings with an average score of 72.4. Senior Eric Quinn caps off the list of Petrels in the Top 100 nationally, his scoring average of 73.7 good for 56th.
