Robertson Named Third Team All-SCAC

Oglethorpe University freshman midfielder Ben Robertson of Boone, North Carolina has been named a member of the 2009 All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Third Team.

Robertson was dazzling for the Stormy Petrels in his inaugural season on Salamone Field, racking up the second most points on the team with 15. For the season, Robertson found the back of the net twice and assisted on five other goals for the Oglethorpe attack.
 
Robertson will join another stellar recruiting class by head coach Jon Akin next fall for Oglethorpe as they look to climb the ranks of the SCAC standings.
