The men's tennis team split two SCAC matches at Sewanee on Saturday, topping Hendrx 6-3 in the morning before succombing to Centre 6-3 in the afternoon.
Despite playing shorthanded on Saturday, the men managed to get past Henrix in the morning session on the strength of sweeping the doubles matches before splitting the singles for a 6-3 win.
Oglethorpe was not as fortunate in the afternoon session as an improved Centre squad got the best of the Petrels.
The men are now 6-11 on the season and will face Piedmont in Demorest on April 11.
