Ridge joined the Oglethorpe women's basketball coaching staff in the fall of 2011 and　her duties include　assisting in all facets of the game including recruiting, film breakdown, scouting and player development.　She comes to Oglethorpe after competing collegiately as a guard at the Division I level for the University of Tulsa and the University of Colorado, Boulder.

As a freshman at Tulsa she was an Honor Roll student on a squad that advanced to the Women’s National Invitation Tournament. She repeated her academic success as a sophomore on a Tulsa team that won the Conference USA Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. During her senior year at the University of Colorado, the Buffaloes qualified for the NIT and advanced all the way to the semifinals.

Ridge hails from Cedar Rapids, Iowa where, at Xavier High School, she was a two-time adidas All-American (2002-03) and a honorable mention All-American by Street & Smith. She averaged 8.5 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game as a junior, helping Xavier to the 2003 Iowa state championship. Ridge graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in psychology in May of 2009.
