Dale Finishes Jekyll In 25th Place

Oglethorpe University women's golfer Katie Dale finished in a tie for 25th place at the 2010 Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational hosted by the Stormy Petrels.

Dale fired rounds of 84-84-85 for a three day total of 253 (+37) to come home with the 25th place result. Emily Bachert of Centre College took home individual medalist honors by posting a total of 230 (+14) and Methodist University won the team title by shooting a total of 951 (+87).

Dale will be back in action for Oglethorpe on April 11 when she enters the Rhodes Spring Invitational in Germantown, Tennessee.
