Lynx Top Petrels on Senior Day

The women's soccer team lost to Rhodes College on Salamone Field on Sunday afternoon, 1-0.

The Petrels were celebrating senior day for goalie Sarah Nania, defender Brittany Brotherton, defender Chelsea Baron and forward Mary Beth Horton but it was a Rhodes header off a corner that lifted the Lynx to the victory.

The Petrels are now 7-6-2 on the season and will travel to Texas to face Southwestern this Friday.
