St. Urbain Named SAA Offensive Player of the Week

The Southern Athletic Association named Oglethorpe soccer junior Clara St. Urbain its women's soccer Offensive Player of the Week for her work in the Petrels' two victories last week over Huntingdon and SAA opponent Hendrix.

St. Urbain had a huge game last Wednesday night at Huntingdon as part of her big week. She had a hand in all three Oglethorpe goals, scoring twice and passing out an assist for a total of five points on the night in the 3-0 Petrels victory. She also added an assist in the Stormy Petrels' 3-1 win over Hendrix, giving her a league-high six points on the week en route to the Offensive Player of the Week honor.

The women's soccer team sits at 4-6, 1-2 in SAA play, heading into this Saturday's matchup with undefeated No. 8 Centre in Danville, Ky.
