Kalamazoo Tops Lady Netters
The women's tennis team dropped their third straight spring break match in Florida on Monday evening, falling to Kalamazoo College, 6-3. Kalamazoo took two of three doubles points before sealing the match with victories at the No.'s 4, 5 and 6 singles spots.
The No. 1 doubles combo of Jayme Danielson-Katarina Te earned the Petrels a point with an 8-5 win while the No.'s 2 and 3 teams went down, 8-4 and 8-2, respectively. Danielson battled to victory in her singles match (2-6, 6-4, 10-4) as well despite dropping the first set and freshman sensation Caffrey Francis stayed undefeated in singles play with an easy 6-1, 6-1 win.

The Petrels are now 4-7 on the season and will face Hamline in more soring break action on Tuesday.
