Cross Country Teams Perform Well at Sewanee

Every member of Oglethorpe's women's team posted her best time of the season and all but one male followed suit. 

At the Tiger Twilight Invitational run on the Sewanee Golf Course in Monteagle, Tennessee the Oglethorpe men finished 5^th of 6 teams competing.  Oglethorpe's women did not enter its full squad.

Leading the Stormy Petrels were freshmen Tirzah Brown and Billy Colbert.  Brown recorded a time of 29:22 for the 6k, knocking  nearly a minute off her time run on the same course in September.  Colbert, finished just out of the medal standings, posting a 29:32 finish for the 8k.

Both squads next action is at the Chattahoochee Tech Invitational in Acworth, Georgia next Saturday, October 9^th.
