Title: Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

Jaime has been involved with the Oglethorpe soccer program since 2012. His emphasis is on player development, helping to successfully transition players from the reserves to the first team and to integrate first team players needing additional game time. 

Jaime holds a Level II Coaching Certification from the English Football Association, a Youth Football Instructor Certification from the Argentinian Football Association, and a UEFA B license from the Spanish Football Federation. He is currently completing the practical coaching hours for his UEFA A license. 

Jaime is originally from Cartagena, Colombia. He played Division I college soccer at the University of Dayton in Ohio, and then transferred to Georgia State University in Atlanta, where he played his final two seasons. While at Georgia State, he was part of the 2000 TAAC (now Atlantic Sun) championship team. Jaime also played semi-professionally for the Birmingham Saints in the USISL and the Knoxville Impact in the USISL Indoor League.
