The 4-by-400-meter relay squad of Andrey, Stuart, and freshmen Reagan Goodwin and Julie Ericson, finished seventh with a time of 4:32.11.

"This weekend was another big step toward our conference meet at the end of the month," said Oglethorpe head coach Kirk Shellhouse. "We had some good performances this weekend, and we also had a couple of performances that I think we can improve on. We've got a couple weeks to get ready for the conference meet, so I'm looking forward to seeing how our group responds."

The Petrels will be back in action on Friday, when they travel to Sewanee, Tennessee, for the Mountain Laurel Twilight Invitational. A week later, they'll be back on the same track for the SAA Track and Field Championships, which are set to take place April 20 and 21.
